Extensions are an amazing way to make extra space in your home and increase the value of your property. This project consisted in a full downstairs renovation and extension. The kitchen and living-room area were made into an open-plan layout and fitted with a sleek and modern kitchen, bi-folding doors, pendant lighting, bespoke fitted cabinets and shelving. The project was completed with a redesigned and refurbished playroom and cloakroom, all finished off with cool and neutral tones to match the rest of the property.

The beauty of converting your loft is that you can turn empty places into living spaces. This project consisted of a full loft conversion into a master bedroom suite as well as two extra small bedrooms to accommodate an expanding family. Our clients opted for a bathtub in the master bedroom to give a sense of luxury to the space. The project was decorated in neutral colours with a touch of anthracite grey and completed with visible wooden beams and large Velux windows, to create a bright and warm space.

This is a full renovation of a 3 bedroom mid-terrace house, including loft conversion to a high standard. The stairs and banister were fully restored and the front and back of the house benefited from a beautiful makeover. The property needed full plastering and decorating, new kitchen and bathroom installation, rewiring and plumbing, tiling and bespoke cabinets and shelving solutions.
